INCENTIVE: Dorian wants to get information on a criminal organization to help his partner get closure and also maybe figure out where his maker went. (He did bad things and then ran off, Dorian wants to understand why.)
FIT: Dorian loves people! He enjoys emotional connection and learning about what makes humans human and he's basically a big fluffy bear. But his job as a cop means most of the he meets outside of a handful of co-workers are while working on a case and thus are very fleeting, so he would enjoy settling in somewhere and making new friends and learning about other worlds.

Sex-wise, he IS anatomically accurate and could theoretically engage in intercourse but because he's a robot any joy he got out of it would be because his partner is enjoying it. He doesn't have any hang-ups per se and he wouldn't mind being intimate. (He understands humans have sex and is ttly cool with it.) But he's never had any kind of sexual activity because that's not what he was designed to do, so it might take him a while to try anything.
CONSENT: Dorian is programmed with a very clear understanding of human behaviors and reactions and understands the importance of free will, at one point he wakes up to a technician accessing his data without having asked first and he gets very upset and explains it's a breach of his space and privacy. He's never broken consent and never would.

In the interest of full disclosure though, he IS a cop and he's killed people. Also robot skills include scanning people for illness/injuries/vitals without asking first. He does this without thinking, like if he's questioning a subject he also monitors vital signs to detect spikes in the heart rate and catch lies. Dorian would shut those functions off if asked, though.
